  Enter your company name
  Daytime Phone with Area Code
Enter your domain name (example.com)
Enter your email address (user@example.com)
* NOTE: The email address MUST be a valid address on same domain.

Enter a password (6-10 characters, letters and numbers only)
Enter the IP address or DNS name of your mail server (a.b.c.d or mail.example.com)
Enter the port of your mail server (25 is default)*
